Tutto bene, eh? In my younger days I lived in Italy for a year, and one thing I learned is to slow down and accept that things can’t always happen on your time table.  You’ve got to keep things in perspective and never forget to enjoy life! 

I started out in HR Management, so I know firsthand how hectic it can get! Trust me; I’ve worked with a LOT of recruiters, so I bring a unique awareness to my current role.  When I made the decision to move over to this side of recruiting, my goal was to be able to provide clients with insight and professionalism gained from managing the Staffing Role for a company.  If you’re going to outsource your recruiting, you want someone who understands those issues. I’m not a salesperson – I am a seasoned HR Professional who’s here to work with you and make your life easier!

As the West Coast affiliate, I’m currently based among the wineries in Paso Robles, CA, and in addition to enjoying our wonderful wineries I’m an active triathlete. I’m also dedicated to protecting our four-legged friends who can’t protect themselves, and through my fundraiser Wine 4 Paws we’ve raised over $20,000 in the last two years for our local Humane Society.

Professionally, I’ve been an Executive Recruiter since 2003.  I have earned the PHR certification through the Society of Human Resource Management (SHRM), am an active member of SHRM, and earned my Certified Personnel Consultant designation on September 30, 2009.
